I waited 2 hours for an oil change and saw my car sitting ready for over 45 mins. The individual I worked with talked to me as if I was a kid. I brought my car in the night before my apt at 840am. Was glad to get an appointment within a couple of weeks of my initial call. Not all Hyundai dealers could do that. I was taken on time, and the car was done during the promised time period.
