When I got into my 2009 Santa Fe after work a few days ago, the battery was dead. I called my cousin, and he came to my office and gave me a jump start. We then went right down to Auto Zone to have the battery tested. The test came back that the battery had a bad cell. I knew I had to prove this, so I took a picture of the tester, and bought a new battery. The next day I took the receipt and the picture into Hyundai of Tempe. I told Casey Grant what had happened. He then made a copy of the receipt and uploaded my picutre of the battery tester results. He told me that he would submit it to Hyundai for reimbursement!! He was so nice, and made me feel like everyone at Hyundai of Tempe really cared! I have always felt welcome and comfortable with everyone I have dealt with at Hyundai of Tempe. More

Somehow my appointment made last week for an oil change did not get on the schedule; however, when I showed up for the 9 a.m. time I was given & despite not finding me on the schedule David Burkhart immedi did not get on the schedule; however, when I showed up for the 9 a.m. time I was given & despite not finding me on the schedule David Burkhart immediately added me and got me in & out in 1 hour! He was very apologetic for my not showing up on their schedule but was just awesome in showing me great customer service by ensuring that my vehicle was taken care of. Once more, Hyundai of Tempe has completely blown my mind with their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you ALL!! More

I went in looking for a used car, was given a very good quote on the trade and selling price. Went in decided that the car was for me. Once we sat down to go over details the trade value had gone up $500 quote on the trade and selling price. Went in decided that the car was for me. Once we sat down to go over details the trade value had gone up $500, good news except for some reason the selling price of their car went up $700 not good news. Through out the process the numbers kept changing against what I was told. Not only that I was told several different details on the money down each time it would change from the previous statement. In an effort to discuss the information with the General Manager of the dealership I was not even given the courtesy of a call back to explain their policies and see if he would honor the original offer I was given. In my 20+ years of buying cars and having shopped at virtually all the dealerships in the valley (I have owned over 20 cars in that time) I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life, even from dealerships I did not purchase from. I would stay away from them and visit one of the many other Hyundai dealerships in the valley. If you do shop from them make sure to verify every detail on the numbers they offer you. More
Got my Tucson at a different dealer (Chapman) So many things I was not happy about. Decided to do my service elsewhere. Came into your dealership and the service has been outstanding.
