My 2008 Santa Fe was going into idle mode when driving down the road. This happened at three seperate intervals. I took it to Hyundai of Tempe on a Satudday afternoon at 3 PM. I was greated by David Bu down the road. This happened at three seperate intervals. I took it to Hyundai of Tempe on a Satudday afternoon at 3 PM. I was greated by David Burkhardt. I expected I would have to leave the vehicle until Monday. David told me that he would call me when it had been diagnosed and that it would probably be done before 5pm. I received a call from Donna Anderson at a little after 4pm stating that my vehicle was completed and would be ready to pick up by 4:30pm. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was greated by Donna & David. Donna explained to me what had gone wrong and that everything was covered by the warranty. To get this fast and quality of service is rare. I would reccomend Hyundai Of Tempe to anybody. I am extremely pleased with the people I have encountered at this dealership. Keep up the good work. I never feel lied to, led on, misled, or 'sold' anything that my cars didn't need. Quite the opposite. On more than one occasion, Casey Grant has worked with us, at the dealer's expense, to do what was right for us and our vehicle. In my view, he is the next best thing to having a family member in the business! Car dealerships are not always considered places that can be trusted. With cars becoming evermore complicated and the general public less able to fix it themselves, it is critical to find someone you can trust. I have found that in Casey Grant and Hyundai Of Tempe. I get tired of telling you guys how much I like this dealership. Everytime I go back should be evidence enough that I like and trust the dealership, both sales and service. I feel as though I can trust what they say and I can trust the work they do. I don't feel as though I am sold things I don't need and I trust the work I pay for is done. I am treated with respect and friendliness and even though I know it is their job I don't feel as though it is forced or fake. I have a dealership much closer to where I live but I will continue to return to this one as long as I and my vehicle are treated well. More
I brought my car in for my first oil change that was free from when I first purchased the car. It had a hum when put in gear so I had them check that while it was there. They found a cellnoid in the transmis from when I first purchased the car. It had a hum when put in gear so I had them check that while it was there. They found a cellnoid in the transmission was causing the sound and rather than just fix it and hope it was done they replaced the entire transmission. Since the car is a 2010 I would not have expected that it needed changed, but was very pleased that they stood behind the car and changed it out at no cost. Thanks, as I am very satisfied overall with my experience and I love my car. More
