the new waiting area is awsome with the coffee and snacks- do wish there was a restroom in the service area for customers however. Dave was really helpful and friendly. I was worried I was going to get raked over the coals, but he grandfathered a warranty and completed all the maintanance on my car at a reasonable rate.
