Donna greated me found my appointment time and showed me into the waiting room. A while later she came by and explanined that they had found the wires that need to be fixed and it would be another hour. T into the waiting room. The wait time from check in to check out was about 3 hours since I was 45 minutes away from home I had to wait. The wait was longer than expected but overall my car was fixed and ready to go without fear of breaking down on the way home. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I this is the fourth time I've had service performed on my vehicle at this location. My review: the dealership was situated conveniently in a pleasant setting. It was clean and modern and there were refreshments of water, coffee and hot chocolate (which I appreciated because I don't drink pleasant setting.
