I had a great experience with hyundai and that's because of Ron Rinaldi. He knew his product very well and answered all of my questions. Overall good experience. Salesman Ron and Sean did a really good job explaining everything to do with the car. KC did a good job with finance. The only thing that prevented this experience from overall great rating was: 1. Had to wait a few days for a lost or misplaced second key for the auto. 2. Once sale was completed while taking delivery I noticed a scratch on front bumper. It took almost an hour for scratch to be buffed out. This could be considered an escape as customer caught it. Without these two escapes rating would have been great overall. Thank you More

We had a transmission problem with our Elantra and brought it in to be diagnosed. Donna was our service representative. Donna was very cordial and carried herself in a professional manner. Donna always explains everything fully and accurately, manages expectations well, and provides updates while my car is being worked on. I can honestly say that I've never worked with an auto service advisor - anywhere - that I've liked more than Donna. I hope she stays as long as I have my Hyundai, because she is a pleasure to work with. Also, the atmosphere in the waiting area, fruit, coffee and bagels were a wonderful treat. Donna handled me the rest of the way and kept me informed as to what was happening with my car, and in the end what was done. Their service department is top notch, even when unexpected issues arise they go above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable with what happened, and keep me informed as to the status of my car. Ive bought two cars from this dealership, and I cannot see myself buying a car anywhere else except for hyundai of tempe. More
