Attentive to my concerns and stayed with the issue of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata rod bearing failure to the successful conclusion of an engine replacemen Attentive to my concerns and stayed with the issue of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata rod bearing failure to the successful conclusion of an engine replacement on extended warranty. The approval process took two months and the actual engine replacement two days. Great job AutoNation Hyundai Savannah! Very friendly staff especially Christopher who took care of my issues. Down side is when you call you are rooted to a call center and not the dealership. I had an appointment for some recall work bur the de of my issues. Down side is when you call you are rooted to a call center and not the dealership. I had an appointment for some recall work bur the dealer was not sure if the part was in stock or not, luckily they had 1 on hand. The problem is that the call center does not communicate with the dealer only looks to see if the dealer shows the part in stock on the computer but does not confirm by calling them. If the dealer had used the part in the 2 weeks I waited for the appointment I would have had to reschedule for them to order the part. This system could lead to problems for the customer and should be improved upon. More
