After 2 appointments to try to get my car painted with an extended warranty that was close to expiring, my case got dropped. It took several calls and no returned calls before I called corporate. I was finally put in touch with Latoya Williamson at Hyundai in Savannah who was very helpful and took extra steps to get all the noticeable defective paint areas painted. Unfortunately some small areas were missed. Follow up with Latoya is ongoing and I feel confident that she will continue to provide the same high level of customer service. More

Key words: unresponsive, unprofessional, lethargic, incomplete. I had an appointment scheduled for August 2023 for a check-engine light. Due to an unplanned family emergency (my brother died), I asked incomplete. I had an appointment scheduled for August 2023 for a check-engine light. Due to an unplanned family emergency (my brother died), I asked to reschedule. The soonest I could get back on their calendar was the last day of November(!). The instructed me to drop off my car the night before in order to ensure they could look at it early on Thursday. I called 5 times between 8am and 10am the morning of my service, but the service counter never answered. I called a different department (parts) and they said they would physically hand-deliver a note. They still did not call me back. I finally received a call at 3:30pm (the end of my work day). The service person did not get any of my messages, and they were only about to *begin looking* at my car. In other words, they stole an entire day off from me, AND they were not going to have it done until the end of Friday -- now another day off that was not planned. When I picked my car up, the check engine light was still on, even while the car was still in their lot. More
