Have used this dealership for 8 years with 2 changes in ownership. Still get excellent service for my 2013 Santa Fe. Dealer service dept. was unable to diagnose or fix the vehicle as they are not trained or capable to work on Hyundai electric vehicles in the Hyundai product line. This is a very glaring deficiency for a vehicle as they are not trained or capable to work on Hyundai electric vehicles in the Hyundai product line. This is a very glaring deficiency for a major car manufacturer who aspires to become an EV leader in the U.S. market. Nearest dealer with EV technical ability is Jenkins Hyundai in Jacksonville, FL. Very poor support from Hyundai USA! More
The service department is really terrible. It took a week off calling to get an appointment that was scheduled for 3 weeks later. Something is always wrong where they cannot find the paperwork until the customer gets and attitude. I have roadside hazard and was told I didn’t because they couldn’t find it in the system. If I didn’t know better I would have. I’m sure many customers just don’t now and it results in them paying for something that they didn’t need to. Double check things before you give customers misinformation. More
Have 2 recall notices on my 2016 Tucson. Called several months ago, was told it would be 2-3 months before they could see me. Just called again, was told they were booked for the rest of 2021. Try back in months ago, was told it would be 2-3 months before they could see me. Just called again, was told they were booked for the rest of 2021. Try back in Dec. (Recall says don’t drive it, don’t park in garage. ) Tucson has been a good car, but cannot recommend Hyundai due to service problems. More
I was first told that the diagnostic test would be $145.00, but I ended up paying $188.00 and they still could not definitely tell me what was wrong with my car. I was then told that it would cost over $1000.00 to try an oil pressure switch as the next step. There was no guarantee that this would solve the problem. The oil pressure switch is part of the engine, but not covered by the warranty. Why is that and why is the switch so much?h More
I had a wonderful experience at this location.
