I contacted the service department and Lynn about a week after purchasing my new Sonata. A harness bolt was missing and a bolt fastening a heat shield was loose. These items were repaired in less than five minutes. A couple of weeks later I purchased a cargo net for the trunk and had the service department install it in about thirty minutes. Two weeks ago, Lynn set up an oil change for me and that took less than an hour. So far, I have been well pleased with the service department and with Lynn Coplin. More
