I purchased my 1st Hyundai in 2002 and have been a Hyundai owner ever since. After moving to Savannah in 2013, I have been taking my Hyundai vehicles to the dealership on Abercorn Street. In the past, I had been able to get an appointment within a week of the day I inquired about scheduling one. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted in a friendly manner and checked in in a timely fashion. I was told while checking in if it may take longer than normal. Texts were sent to update me on the progress of the work being done on my car or the service person came to the lounge to update me. Complimentary coffee and water was available in the lounge while waiting for my vehicle. And the price for an oil change and tire rotation was reasonable. This dealership has gone through several name changes since I moved here and with the most recent one, I was hoping that the service would remain the same. I was very disappointed to find out that everything mentioned in the above paragraph is no longer the case. Currently, I cannot recommend this dealership. It is my hope that my concerns will be addressed and that AutoNation will treat their long-time Hyundai owners with more care in the future so that I can. More

The car needed a new enging and it was covered under our extended warranty. While it took a while to get the part and have the car serviced, Bob was communicative every step of the way. We don't live in GA but I was very pleased with the service that we received. More
The level of professionalism is overall lacking. I've had several encounters with this dealership & the lack of professionalism never ceases to amaze me. Waited almost seven weeks to get a tire rotation and oil change. Told it would be about one and a half hours. It took over three hours. No apology or even a thank you or a sincere goodbye. This used to be a good dealership. I know they are in transition and its not looking like a good one. Staff is despondent. A two hour service took all morning. They don't answer the phones, the servicing transition and its not looking like a good one. Staff is despondent. A two hour service took all morning. They don't answer the phones, the servicing technician never contacted me nor did he bother to answer messages. Not to mention they didn’t bother with protecting the seat or washing the car when they finished. I guess COVID is not a concern here. I was looking for a new vehicle and low and behold there were more used cars from other brand than Hyundai. Looked more like a used car lot than a Hyundai dealership. Ashley seems to be the only one that even knows how to smile and not be rude. Thoroughly disappointed. More
