Took 3 months to get a routine engine light check. Not enough technicians, and unbearable backup. A number of service staff resigned due to a switch to AutoNation takeover. Unable to get updates on a vehicle that is in service for a bad engine, know one will ancer the phone, I have 19 calls that I have left messages with and know return calls! We purchased a 2021 Touson from Peacock Hyundai who then sold out to AutoNation. Since the buy out I have not been able to get my car serviced. AutoNation blames their inability to hire adequate staff to wo sold out to AutoNation. Since the buy out I have not been able to get my car serviced. AutoNation blames their inability to hire adequate staff to work. All I wanted was an oil change and they could only give me an appointment 2 months ahead. I feel that the issue may be that I bought the car from Peacock and AutoNation doesn't want to stand behind the warranty. This will be the last Hyundai I buy and will never buy from AutoNation. Even Hyundai USA wouldn't help. More

No answer nor response to text. Had my neighbor drive me to dealership to discover it had not even been turned over to a technician! Talked with service manager and received the typical excuse today “ we are under staffed and can’t get people to work”! So 4 1/2 hours after my appointment time my oil was changed and tires were rotated and was told My car doesn’t have that sensor. I previously had a Hyundai Sonata for 11 years and was so pleased with the service I received over the years. I hope this isn’t what I should expect going forward!! Apparently if you don’t wait for your car to be serviced it goes to the end of the line!!!! More
I had a appointment at 10am, my car didn't get worked on until 1pm. It took 4 hours for me to just get a oil change done, this was the second time this had happened to me. No one called to give me no update on my vehicle I had to call them. When I called they told me that my car was getting pulled in to get service started. Didn't hear from them after that call until about a hour later. More
