I took my car in for a recall notice on July 29 and experienced a serious lack of attention to detail. The customer service was fine but I can’t say the same for the mechanics. The recall inspection was a standard procedure, and I was told that there were no issues, and that my car was fine to drive the next day to North Carolina. But when I took it out on the road the car started shaking and lurching and the engine light came on. The day after my inspection. I had to cancel my road trip and went to a mechanic. They replaced my spark plugs. I don’t know how the Honda dealership managed to ruin my spark plugs but it cost me over $300. More
No stars worst experience ever, no one answers phone, no call back, they ad car there 3 wks, to install alternator, picked it up and it died 2 blocks away.
