As much as I love my Hyundai, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from what is now "Auto Nation." We were very pleased with Peacock Hyundai, but since it has become Auto Nation, the service has declined. A vehicle from what is now "Auto Nation." After being towed to Auto Nation, my car sat in the same spot for ten days and was not even assessed by a technician. When you call, you can't speak to someone local; it is a national call center. Stay local!!!! Do not buy from or take your vehicle to Auto Nation. The employees are pleasant, but the dealership has horrible Service. More
I really appreciated the courteous people in the service department. I arrived 20 min. early, and was met cheerfully. They took my Santa Fe right in and did the service. The service has went down at this location once Auto Nation took over. Give it back to Hyundai. I know the building is being remodeled but it may be a lack of technitions as well. but even in the old lo Nation took over. Give it back to Hyundai. Alice was exceptional! ! I came on the wrong date and she fit me in regardless. They could have easily sent me away but, didn't. I drove from out of state and they accomodat ! Its hard to find good customer service these days and I got 100% customer satisfaction from there team. From the beginning they were professional in there emails, texts and calls in reference to my recall and going above and beyond to adding in my oil change for convenience. I will continue to do business with them and they deserve acknowledgment for there A+ team. Proud to be a Hyundai owner and have a dealership that actually cares for its customers. Well done!! More

Lots of changes since I bought my car here in 2013. No longer can I get service work within a week of calling. Both times I have called this year, it takes almost 2 months to get a service appointment. No longer can I get service work within a week of calling. Both times I have called this year, it takes almost 2 months to get a service appointment. I was thinking of buying another Hyundai maybe next year, but now looking at other possibilities. The service department itself is very professional and lets you know what is going on with your car. I just hate it takes so long to get work done. I have a 100,000 mile warranty and have done everything thru Hyundai dealership in Bristol TN where I used to live and now back here in Savannah to make sure the warranty is honored. The service department needs help. More
