Not a great experience. First they are in the process of a move and the service center check-in area is small, tight and confused. Staffers were zipping in and out, and (even after arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time) I waited in line for check in for 15 minutes. Once there, any time I was face to face with a staffer, they were friendly and helpful, BUT one told me that they were doubled booked all day! When I asked how long my wait time would be for a recall, the initial estimate was.... 4 HOURS!. Luckily for me, my 4 hour wait was only 2-and-a-half hours. HMMM .... should I be thankful? Once again I stood in line for 10 minutes and once again, when connecting with an actual person, they were pleasant, efficient and easy to work with. However, someone was responsible for this screw-up and wasting a big chunk of my day. More

My recent experience with the service department has been a total nightmare. I took my car in for a recall and hey kept my car weeks on end without even a update. Their service department phone always goes a total nightmare. I took my car in for a recall and hey kept my car weeks on end without even a update. Their service department phone always goes to voicemail and then no one calls back. My visits to the place only resulted in promises and dates which proved to be just lies. I dealt with several people on different occasions who told different stories as to why it was still not being worked on. After one person confirm the part was in, another, (on a different day), tried to tell me the part was on still on order. Then changed the story when I confronted them. On my 3rd visit, another person tried to lie once again about the part... justifiably, I was livid and almost had a breakdown, (no pun intended). ****When we finally got the car back, the battery was dead and the gas tank was completely empty. To make matters worse, by the time I drove it home, the engine light came on. I am wondering if they rushed the job last minute so I can go away. ***This is the car my son drives to work and he's had to rent, borrow and depend on friends to get to work. Consequently, he was fired from his job 3 days before we got the car back. All this to say that Hundai has affected our lives in a very bad way and I will never do business with Hundai again. 😖 More

My first impression upon walking in for scheduled service wasn't the greatest, and things seems to be a bit unorganized. Once I was finally able to get checked in, things seemed to run fairly smoothly. My ap wasn't the greatest, and things seems to be a bit unorganized. The service technician that I ended up with was really sweet, and very professional, and that honestly mad all the difference in my opinion of the level of service that I received. More
Service technician left open the oil filler cap after service, my entire ride home I was able to smell hot oil. Purchased my vehicle at a dealership in the Atlanta area. Relocated to the area. I was unhappy to find out there was only one Hyundai dealer within 100 miles. It took me 2 months to get an appt. for service. Relocated to the area. I was unhappy to find out there was only one Hyundai dealer within 100 miles. It took me 2 months to get an appt. for service. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up the following day only to find out they did not hear the noise my car was making and installed an air conditioner part that was unnecessary (which I found out on my 2nd visit to service). Very disappointed with my 1st service visit. Scheduled a 2nd service visit two months later. Dropped off my car having scheduled an early morning appt with the same issues that weren't resolved during my first service visit. I was told my car would be finished the same day. I stayed close by so I could pick it up and spent the entire day in Savannah. I called service at 4:30pm to find out they haven't been able to start working on it. I never received a call providing any updates. I drove back home to come back the following day. This was my 2nd missed day of work. I tried to get an update over the phone, however that didn't happen. I went to the sales dept and spoke with Paul and asked if I could speak to the service mgr. Paul was very helpful. Long story short, the service director was able to help and explain what the problems were and was very knowledgeable. My car was finished around lunch with a successful oil change and tire rotation. The dealer did not have a shuttle service to take me back to return the car. The service mgr. offered to follow me over to drop off the rental. She went above and beyond to help and provided excellent customer service. I'm glad she was available that morning. More
