I had 3 recalls on my car. It took 2 weeks, no rental nor being given a replacement. Only 1 person helped me. Then tried to charge me $306 for diagnostic test when I didn't eve It took 2 weeks, no rental nor being given a replacement. Only 1 person helped me. Thank you to Mrs Alice for help me and the kind gentleman who gave me my car back but this dealership needs to fix issues. I was punished due to Hyundais recalls. Not my fault. Please do better More

Took my car in for a warranty issue. They took over a week to even look at it. When I called to find out about my car. I got no answer or return calls for days. Then when got vehicle bac They took over a week to even look at it. When I called to find out about my car. I got no answer or return calls for days. Then when got vehicle back. The mechanic left greasy hand prints all over the car. Clearly seeing he was in things he shouldn't have been in. Also, I left my car with half a tank of gas and got it back with almost quarter a tank. On top of the lost gas, my milage Metter was showing 0mpg when I left with 26mpg. That tells me they drove it around and dogged it out. By doing that, they were doing something that wasn't needed to be done. The mechanics shouldn't be driving the vehicles anywhere off lot since the lot is huge enough to do a test drive of vehicles to determine issue. Either way, I feel they don't need to drive the car unless it's a required issue. Will not go to them again. Can't even have an oil change done within a hour. More

If no service is what your looking for then this is the place. You can't get ahold of them. The wait time for service is months. We had our ioniq 5 worked on and it came back to us filthy. I was traveling and my Hyundai Santa Fe left me stranded about 6 hours from home. The closest dealership was in Savannah, so I got the vehicle towed in knowing it had an alternator issue. They informed me of a recall that would take care of the repair costs for me. I was thinking that I would be out of pocket a considerable about of $. Alice and Morgan were great in helping me get back on the road and home. They took great care of my situation and went above and beyond to set my mind at ease. I've been in the automotive world myself for 29 years, so I know how difficult their jobs can be! I can't say enough good things about them and hope the General Manager reads this.
