NEVER take your car here for Service. This is the second time they have scheduled my car for a recall and once I drop the car off they don’t have the part and can’t get it for days. But o This is the second time they have scheduled my car for a recall and once I drop the car off they don’t have the part and can’t get it for days. But of course they try to sell you other parts while you’re there. The Service manager couldn’t be bothered to come out of his office to even try to help the issue and the employee at the desk was rude and no help at all. He tried to blame me for not letting them know what I needed when scheduled over a month ago, and when I called to schedule the appointment It was only for the Recall!!!!!! I will never be back!!!! More

Have had an appointment for recall on starter since early December 2024. Upon arrival at dealership found that Jeff is no longer employed there and person asked “are you sure he ordered the part?” Back to t December 2024. This was my first service appointment since I purchased my Tucson. Chase was my service provider, and he was excellent. He was friendly and informative. He made me aware of the additional services availabl my Tucson. Chase was my service provider, and he was excellent. He was friendly and informative. He made me aware of the additional services available during my visit. While it was my choice to wait for the additional care, he was very apologetic about my wait time. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious. It was an overall great service experience. More
