The instructed me to drop off my car the night before in order to ensure they could look at it early on Thursday. I called 5 times between 8am and 10am the morning of my service, but the service counter never answered. I called a different department (parts) and they said they would physically hand-deliver a note. They still did not call me back. I finally received a call at 3:30pm (the end of my work day). The service person did not get any of my messages, and they were only about to *begin looking* at my car. In other words, they stole an entire day off from me, AND they were not going to have it done until the end of Friday -- now another day off that was not planned. When I picked my car up, the check engine light was still on, even while the car was still in their lot. More

Bought wheel & tire protection $1,100 - AutoNation would not cover ruined wheel & tire- "tire needed to be deflated to be covered." Bought Appearance pkg. for $700 - car incurred several small scratches during flat bed delivery - was told appearance warranty would cover - WRONG -only dents covered even though their fault. AutoNation NEVER again!!! More

I initially came in March looking for a bigger car for my business. I met with Ty, who was recommended to me by a co-worker. He showed me multiple SUV’s, different sizes, styles, features. I found one I love business. I met with Ty, who was recommended to me by a co-worker. He showed me multiple SUV’s, different sizes, styles, features. I found one I loved and was planning on coming back on my day off to purchase it. I had some personal things come up and wasn’t able purchase the car. I immediately let Ty know and he was more than understanding and let me know that he would stay in touch. And he kept his word!! We chatted over the course of 8 months. Work was exceptionally busy and I just didn’t have the time to get in and buy one. Ty sent over some other vehicles that just arrived on the lot that I may like, notified me of pricing chances and kept me informed the entire time! Finally, I had the time to come in and get it all settled!!! My first time buying a car, I was in the dealership for 8+ hours. This was so quick! I filled the credit application prior to arriving online so all the back end work was completed. I finished the process with Tem. He worked through some amazing warranty options with me and made the process smooth and I never felt pressured. I’m so excited for my new car and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.
