I purchased my daughter a 2015 Hyundai Accent and it was everything that she hoped and prayed for. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. I will definitely be back to trade in my 2013 Toyota Camry for a brand new 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The employees provided excellent service!!! I have always heard that a vehicle depreciated $2000 just by driving it off the lot. I knew that it would probably be more, but I never expected to lose over $6000. I feel that your dealership could have done much better on this offer or not encouraged the trade. I feel that their only goal was to sell, sell, sell. I do understand that this is their job, but I also feel that Daniel is overly aggressive regarding this process. I really would have preferred ordering the car that I really wanted. With the negative equity in my original trade, I lost over $14,000 in this deal and still didn't get the exact car that I wanted. More
