On March 8 , 2023 I had an appointment with Hyundai service for oil change and rotation of tires and guess a regular check of maintenance. Because of the dealership going though construction and tempo service for oil change and rotation of tires and guess a regular check of maintenance. Because of the dealership going though construction and temporary faculties. I either got misinformation on where the waiting room was, or I misunderstood where they were. Long story short. It turned out not to be a pleasant stay waiting for my vehicle. As it turned out I think I went out the wrong door and there for could not find the waiting area. I was seeing red the whole time waiting. So natural I wrote a negative review. A couple days later a Mr. Campbell contacted us and asked what kind of problem I had there. First of all I was shocked that I even got a call back from them. Thanks for the call and he proceeded to explain what happened and yes there are two doors, and I went thru the wrong door. But told me that I should have been escorted to the waiting area. After further explanations and promised that this would never happen again. I told him after calming down I can see were this is particle my fault also. I really do appreciate the call back. As far as the service goes it has always been excellent and never had a problem. Could be a little speedier service but with construction going on I can live with it. Mr Campbell I do appreciate the call back and your explanation. I don't think that would happen at many other dealerships. So at this point I would chance my rating to four stars, More
My review is about the service center, which I would list as a "no", but the buying of my car, I would rate as a "yes". For the service center on two occasions, I was told the approximate time my car wo as a "no", but the buying of my car, I would rate as a "yes". For the service center on two occasions, I was told the approximate time my car would be ready. Both times, my car wasn't ready until at least two hours after the estimated time. The first time, I was told my car would be ready around 12:00 pm; it wasn't ready until around 3:30 pm. I received no call about the delayed pick up time. This most recent time, I was told my car would be ready around 2:30 pm; it wasn't ready until 4:30. I didn't receive any call letting me know my car would be ready at a later time. In fact, I had to call the service department because it was nearing 5:00 pm which is the service department's closing time and I definitely needed my car back that night. Very frustrating both times--it's not difficult to call a customer letting them know that the pick up time needs to be pushed back. I have a Toyota cat and their service department is amazing with follow-up calls and having the car ready for pick up when they say it will be ready for pick up. This dealership's service center needs to do a much better job informing customers if there will be a delay in their car being ready. I shouldn't be the one having to call (and no one picks up the phone!) to know when my car will be ready. Unfortunately, this service department's location is the closest Hyundai dealership near my house. Otherwise, I would go to another Hyundai dealer. More

Lawrence Randolf greeted me as I pulled into Service Area, He was very professional in handling my oil change. They were busy but offered me a Lyft home, and picked me up coming back. The service team greeted my promptly and were very polite. I opted to wait for my vehicle and the service was completed quickly in 1.5 hours. I was very pleased and highly recommend. polite. I was scheduled for an early morning oil change. When I arrived (early) I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait because they were busy. So why schedule me for a time that is not available? I asked whether my car had been washed and he said their car wash was under construction. The customer service oriented solution would be to offer a voucher for another car wash facility or a future car wash. More
