I had a terrible experience. I had appointment for normal service (oil change, tire rotation, etc) I was told it would be about an hour. This was the second time I visited this dealer for an oil change. I believe I will go back to my original dealer. This one - Auto Nation in Des Plaines takes too long - an hour and a half to 2 hours for an o change. I believe I will go back to my original dealer.
