The gentleman who worked with us to keep us updated was nothing but professional and helpful. However we arrived at 8am for a scheduled appointment and were told that appointments later than us showed up e nothing but professional and helpful. However we arrived at 8am for a scheduled appointment and were told that appointments later than us showed up early, so we would have to wait. We were then informed that they were short-staffed and would do their best to get to us ASAP. In all we waited 2 hours for our oil change. More
I showed up a week too early, at the end of construction. The staff was great, again thanks. The following week, Saturday morning went seamless.; in by 745A home by 11A.
