I recently brought my car in to AutoNation Hyundai for warranty and repair work, and would like to commend the efforts of Randy in the Service Department. He explained everything to me and did so in a ver warranty and repair work, and would like to commend the efforts of Randy in the Service Department. Came in for a 7am Oil Change appointment. Was told there was a recall that would take 2 hours to do, so I asked for oil change only. They said this would take 1.5-2 hours. While I'm genrally happy with the folks at the dealership, the appointment management system is not good. Matt helped me with few service items (filters, wipers, etc.). He was very courteous, elaborate on what the issues were and then took care of it with his colleagues. Overall great experience. etc.). The gentleman who worked with us to keep us updated was nothing but professional and helpful. However we arrived at 8am for a scheduled appointment and were told that appointments later than us showed up e nothing but professional and helpful. However we arrived at 8am for a scheduled appointment and were told that appointments later than us showed up early, so we would have to wait. We were then informed that they were short-staffed and would do their best to get to us ASAP. In all we waited 2 hours for our oil change. More
