Had a good experience buying 2022 Tucson in late November, but first time in for service was a bit disappointing. In for routine oil change and check up, I was not familiar with the service departme November, but first time in for service was a bit disappointing. Service rep went right to car and didn’t greet me, nor direct me to where we were going to write up service ticket. The work done seemed okay but nearly two hours for simple services in a shop that didn’t seem all that busy was too long. More
