NPS responded

From bad to worse. Today, I called the number as invited to reach the General Manager and resolve the issues. I listened to a short recorded greeting repeatedly telling me that my call was "very important to" them. I gave up after 35 minutes. I could no longer "simply stay on the line" for operator assistance after finding that pressing '0' as suggested merely looped me back to the same recording. Maybe things are better at Hyundai of Lincolnwood. I'll be sure to try them next time I need service or when I shop for my next Hyundai. This is really disappointing. AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare used to be reliable, but it has slipped.
