After years of working with another Service Advisor, I was helped on this visit by Randy Lawrence. He was very professional, efficient and thorough. I waited for my SUV to be serviced and the time was e was helped on this visit by Randy Lawrence. He was very professional, efficient and thorough. I would recommend, but with reservations. I was greeted and checked in promptly and in a friendly manner. I came in for regularly scheduled maintainance: oil change, tire rotation and gene I was greeted and checked in promptly and in a friendly manner. I came in for regularly scheduled maintainance: oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. I voiced concerns about a pronounced squeak when turning and a more subtle 'creak' when slowly accelerating or coming to a stop. The regular work was done well in a timely manner. But the service advisor reported that the techs could not detect any noises without a $180 time-consuming diagnostic. I left with the same bothersome and very audible noises. Also, this was the 2nd time in a row that an advisor here reported that I had multiple tail and/or license light bulbs needing replacement at an estimated $22 each. I deferred and, upon later inspection at home, found only one non-working light. This followed my previous regular service visit where I was advised that 4 tail and brake lights were out and needed replacement at $30 each. After similar home inspection then, I found all lights working properly which they continued to do. These past two visits are distinctly different from previous service I have received at this dealership for years. So, demeanor and communication, OK. But I'm now concerned about either lax precision by the techs or bill padding. I hope I'm wrong as I've preferred this place to other nearby dealers. More
