Although, there were some turnover in employees AutoNation continues to train their team member to be customer centric. Honest and no pressure service advisor who recommemds services and let you decide what's you need. I came in for oil change and tire rotation. I met a new service visor Randy who was friendly honest and fast. I got recommended additional service and decided to get my air fliters replaced. I will returrn to Randy to get my brake fluid replace and pads/rotors as I did not have enough money for this service. Randy was great and invited me to call him directly for my brake service. I got out sooner that was promised for my services and I will come back again! More

We take our cars to this dealership for oil changes regularly. The last few times we have been told that additional services need to be performed after a visual inspection. This last time was the real regularly. The last few times we have been told that additional services need to be performed after a visual inspection. This last time was the real kicker. While I agree that I need to replace my tires soon, when I was told that my battery was showing low voltage I got very suspicious. Instead if a courtesy phone call I received text messages from the service coordinator with pictures. The picture of the battery hooked up to the voltage monitor was so small I couldn't even see the readout and there wasn't any way to enlarge it. I questioned the results because that battery was only a year.old. I told him to check their records to show when it was installed. When I returned to pick up my car, I questioned the service coordinator again about the battery voltage issue and he gave some lame excuse that the monitor wasn't hooked up to the battery correctly the first time and that they reran the test and it was fine. I found the receipt for the battery and it was dated 6/2021. Maybe next time they should review their records before they recommend an expensive service that clearly didn't need to be done. More
