Autonation isn't disappointed at all. About anything. James was well aware about my unsatisfaction and still did nothing. Until leadership at this dealership is replaced, James, the general manager and Andy, the service manager, it will be impossible to restore confidence. In the three years I have dealt with Ohare Hyundai autonation, I never had an issue until the current general manager and service manager were hired. I will work tirelessly to inform prospective autonation purchasers about rampant deceptice practices at this dealership and that they will best served if they consider another Hyundai dealership. I will be trading in my vehicles to McGrath. Remove the stench of autonation permanently. good riddance
