Michael Obal proved to be a very efficient, no-nonsense salesman, with no gimmicks and phony friendliness. I had been to several dealers in the last two days before coming to O'Hare Hyundai. What I really appreciated was that Michael was very sensitive to the fact that I was worn down and disappointed by previous refusals at other dealers both at Hyundai and Ford dealerships in the Chicago area. I told him that I wanted a speedy process and he obliged. When we agreed on a price for the new car and my trade-in, he moved me quickly and efficiently thru the paperwork and the rest of it. It took less than two hours. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Michael Obal and the rest of the sales staff at O'Hare. (My only complaint---and it's a small one, almost inconsequential, but nevertheless the kind that gets noticed by customers---is that Tom, the manager, did not shake my hand at the end of the deal; he merely walked away and engaged with another person. I don't think I ever purchased a car that fast. On the way home, Jordy called me because he saw a scratch on the steering wheel and they would like to replace the insert whenever I had time.
