He displayed a good knowledge of the vehicle and after I purchased it, he went over everything in detail and made sure I understood how everything in the vehicle worked. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition (clean,no dings or scratches etc). Michael took the time to show me the service department and introduced me to the service manager. A few days after I purchased the vehicle, Michael called to see if I had any problems or question and thanked me again for my business. I felt this was a nice touch and showed that this dealership appreciated your business and not just " sell it and forget it."
