He was very reacheable and pleasant. the only negative experience was there was a 2 hour wait to see the finance person who was very pushy. I told him that I was not interested in the add ons but he still kept asking me. I had to tell him to stop pushing or we were walking. needless to say that shut him up! More
Michael was very friendly and helpful. He showed me both new and used cars and I test drove 5 cars. He introduced me to the service manager who was very pleasant also. I received a follow-up call from both the salesman and the dealership manager several days after purchase thanking me and offering any help if needed in the future. More
