The overall dealership I like . I have purchased 6 or 7 cars from that location. I am not impressed with some of the changes that have been made in the service dept. It should not not take 2 1/2 hours for a oil change. I have always been treated kindly by the people. Mike is a special person that checks me in most of the time. He is friendly and always explains what is due. I have one more oil change due on the contract and think that I will be looking for another location. The express service sign is still on the wall. If 21/2 hours is exprI would hate to see how long it takes for other services.. More
I dropped my car off for warranty work and I felt like I was rushed through the entire process. First service since I bought the car. This included rotating the tires and overall safety check. 10 days later, one tire light comes on. I called for service. After explaining situation and giving PSI from display, i was told first availability to have this checked would be at least 20 days away. Seeing my son in law originally helped me purchase the vehicle at Freeman Hyundai a distance away, I called was instructed that this could be a safety issue and to bring the vehicle in to be checked. I was given the hours of operation and told to be careful and go on the slower side so tire would not be compromised. I was told that I might have to wait due to many appointments and if I felt unsafe to drive there to call for roadside service. When I arrived at 4p I was taken care of and on way within 45 minutes. So far, I have experienced positive service from this dealership. Mike was especially nice and forthcoming with pricing and information. Because my warranty company would not cover any of the mechanical issues I brought my son's car in for, I asked that they just perform a LOF and tire rotation. I would like to suggest that this dealership include a car wash before returning the customer's vehicle. This is a service I never had to ask for from the Ford dealership I took Ford to for over 10 years. More
