Joe has called me back, not trying to throw any one under the bus. I'm in the same business and what the process takes, hopefully it will be taken care of and under drive train warranty. They are going to take a better look at my car (which I like very much) at no charge

Well the dealership took my car back the second time had for two weeks no updates. I called and they tell it was tested and it was the radiater cap and drove it six miles and fix the problem. I told to keep it and make sure for two more days. Joe said it was good. I drove it back to work seven miles and the problem is still there. Not happy at all, the first I was charged a diagnostic fee 130 and another 130 to tighten two hose clamps, second time just the radiater cap, I'm fine with that but not fixed. I bought a Hyundai for the warranty, but no one wants to honor it,, not happy

My first oil change on Tuscon bought in Dec. They said after servicing they'd wash the car. They didn't. Not that big of a deal but don't tell me you are going to do it then. More
