Found a vehicle I wanted and the sales process went very well. I found a major issue with vehicle before I gave them a check. Explained the door actuator is buzzing loudly and needs replaced as this is an well. I found a major issue with vehicle before I gave them a check. Explained the door actuator is buzzing loudly and needs replaced as this is an indicator the gears are worn out. Dealership stated they would take care of it. Came back later that night to pick vehicle up, they did not replace the part and I was told its not a safety issue and it is still currently working so it will not be replaced. I was upset and the service manager said they will replace it. I have an email thread and a business card where the service manager and sales agent wrote on card the actuator will be replaced. Been silent still. No updates. No other proof this is back-ordered or even in the process. Not happy with this experience. Would I recommend this place? Depends if my issues ever gets resolved. More
