Anthony found the car I wanted at the factory in Korea. We wanted an Ioniq sedan. Originally, they thought we wanted the newer Ioniq SUV. I am getting 51 miles to the gallon. I told him that if I could get the regenerative brake setup, I will get 60 mpg. Still haven't had time to get back to the dealership so he can show me how to change the level of regenerative brake. More
So, I'm a 21 year old girl who was getting my car serviced for the first time yesterday. I was very nervous because I had never been there and I was going all by myself. I made an appointment and whe serviced for the first time yesterday. I was very nervous because I had never been there and I was going all by myself. I made an appointment and when I arrived they greeted me very kindly. My advisor, Michael, came over to me and answered all my stupid questions very nicely. He asked me if I wanted to pay $45 for an extra service he recommended (my maintenance was free). We got distracted talking about another issue and then when my service was done I asked him if I owed him anything for what he offered me. He said "Oh, no you didn't explicitly say yes so I didn't do that." I was very pleasantly surprised as I am someone who could easily have been taken advantage of in that situation. Although I know I didn't say yes, I was fully ready to have to pay it. So big xxxxxxto Michael and their team for treating a young girl with respect and being so helpful. Now I know I don't have to be so scared to go in next time! More

buying my car from the dealership was awful. i was young and very much "forced" to buy it. Not a fan of the whole process and as im older realize the bad stuff they put me through. Along with that everytime i go get an oil change (i was talked to do the package) they always leave my car messy and smudged. you can tell the employees are lackluster when it comes to their job. once my oil package is done with,i wont ever return to this dealership and i tell people not to go.
