I had the best experience of service for my car with Zackary ( I believe his last name is Mallory. He took care of my car, made me comfortable. Offered snack and coffee. In good faith I bought a car and they delivered it with an incomplete setup nor did they show me around the dealership or the car or introduce me to the Service Manager. I wrote out a personal check and t an incomplete setup nor did they show me around the dealership or the car or introduce me to the Service Manager. I wrote out a personal check and they were convinced they were not getting paid so they were not going to do their jobs. The master plan was to repo the car once the check bounced. Why would they treat me that way? I am being discriminated against at the dealership because I am a half Jew. Now its CYA and denie everything because the got paid. You earn trust it's not given to you. What is going to keep them from claiming in the future that they are not going to get "paid" in the Service department and total my car. More
