Sales person made an appointment with me to deliver the car to me, he called in that day, they had to find someone to help me, once the car was shown to me it was missing an option, which I had to leave an car to me, he called in that day, they had to find someone to help me, once the car was shown to me it was missing an option, which I had to leave and come back prior to closing and pick up the car. The person that they gave me to go over options didn’t know a lot gave me website if I had any questions. I’m old school I would rather have the new car experience, which I did not get. My husband and I spent the evening pushing buttons and learning about the new car in my driveway. I expected more from this dealership. Never saw the service department.
