Honestly I bought my car here but I won’t be coming back it’s not even friendly I had to cnxl oil and tire rotation because sales people always say: come back when it reaches the miles …. Also they don’t even do complementary fluid adding like wash or coolant! Also—-didn’t know I had to ask it’s common courtesy! I’m gonna wait til I get my last oil change for free and won’t be coming back…. I rather go to people who actually respect you vs treat you like idiots! Although service this time was ok I won’t be recommending this location to save a country! That’s my honest review! More

Went in for a recall notice and the service team took very good care of us. They included a free multi-point inspection and had the car ready to go when they said. Took my car to this dealership to have them inspect a previous axle boot repair done at this location. A different shop said they saw a possible problem. Jorge expedited the inspection within 20 minutes previous axle boot repair done at this location. A different shop said they saw a possible problem. Jorge expedited the inspection within 20 minutes and summoned me to the repair bay to show me that the boot was fine. it just had some surface debris that could be wiped off. Jorge also explained to me about my warranty being 12mos or 12,000 miles whichever comes last. I consider this to be white glove customer service. More
My issue is with the Hyundai company itself, not the service department. I bought my first ever Hyundai from Don Herring in Plano. Before I even got my license plates in the mail the car broke down on service department. I bought my first ever Hyundai from Don Herring in Plano. Before I even got my license plates in the mail the car broke down on the highway. I learned that there was a hole in the engine block. I also learned that Hyundai was aware of known engine issues and even extended their warranty because of it. I was still within the warranty, but they denied the coverage because of the lack of maintenance records and a NORMAL amount of engine slug for a vehicle with 130K miles. That was their excuse, engine slug and lack of maintenance records. They know their product had issues but they don't want to be accountable for it. Poor quality and a poor company, they didn't even cover the cost of having to get my vehicle looked at by their company, which they requested because they wouldn't let me use the mechanic I had the car at originally. So I have to cover the cost of their poor quality engine and the cost to have my vehicle inspected by their technician because mine that was telling me the same thing wasn't good enough. The service technician that was working on my vehicle, Michael was very helpful and straight forward with me. More
