I've been using Hyundai Mall of Georgia for service on my Elantras since purchasing my first of three in 2016. Not the best experience, they over charged me by double, if I had not been paying attention I would have been charged for an oil change included in my maintenance package. The gentleman that helped me was great and very helpful. He was at the first counter as you enter. He was busy and had three people in line waiting to be helped. There were two other customer service people behind him that were not helping anyone. They never bothered to acknowledge that we were there waiting to be helped. And, those of us waiting couldn’t believe that they did not have the courtesy to speak to us at all or say hello, we’ll be with you shortly. Management needs to correct this no service customer service. Totally shocked at there behavior! More
