Not the best experience, they over charged me by double, if I had not been paying attention I would have been charged for an oil change included in my maintenance package. The gentleman that helped me was great and very helpful. He was at the first counter as you enter. He was busy and had three people in line waiting to be helped. And, those of us waiting couldn’t believe that they did not have the courtesy to speak to us at all or say hello, we’ll be with you shortly. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years and have had two different Hyundai service here. The service is sporadic good and bad. My last service of my car was good. I brought my tire years and have had two different Hyundai service here. The service is sporadic good and bad. My last service of my car was good. I brought my tires from here over 3 years ago and it came with free rotations and balances. Out of 4 services to balance my tires, only the last service time did they balance my tires and did an excellent job. Customer service department offers me free oil changes and other stuff to correct my score which I did; unfortunately I did not get it in writing. More
