Very disappointed, had an appt. at 10:30 am and it took almost 6 hours for my car to be ready. Kept getting told it would be about 30 more minutes. I had a sudden loss of power while driving and could not get it up to 20 miles per hour. I towed the car into the dealership and Aimee received it immediately and got on my repairs.
