Customer service is only fair. Too long to wait to be acknowledged. Estimated wait time 75 min and actually over 2 hours. Andy took excellent care of me and the car. I was there about 3 hours and was able to have an engine diagnostic test done. I did have a few things done that were related to my 60,000 mile check up which is still about 2500 miles to go. I had it done right then and there. I was told I was good for about 30,000 miles or so. My car is a 2016 with only 57,000 miles on it. 👍.and in excellent condition. Wish there was a dealership in Gainesville, Ga. Thanks for your continued car care. More

I brought my Elantra in for repairs and the maintenance team was very responsive and accommodating. However, I experienced issues that were not communicated as I retrieved my car. The sales team were not team was very responsive and accommodating. However, I experienced issues that were not communicated as I retrieved my car. The sales team were not helpful in figuring some things out in that regard and gave a lot of attitude when I asked for the mechanics number to see if she knew the problem. More
The services was out standing from John & Almere. My car is running so good now. They took the time to find out what was wrong and why the engine light keeps coming on. I will surely be back. Appears not only is the show room having a makeover. ..so is the service dept. I made an appt on-line. I got right in. And, that was really good because when I pulled up at 8:20 for my 8:30 appt, there w ..so is the service dept. I made an appt on-line. I got right in. And, that was really good because when I pulled up at 8:20 for my 8:30 appt, there were several cars in front of me!!! The reps in the service dept were extremely friendly. I was also very happy to see that Hyundai populates your info regardless of where you bought your car. We bought our 2022 Santa Fe in South Carolina because the price was better. We had also bought an extended warranty on the electronics. ALL that information was in their system....including the info on my courtesy oil changes (which I had forgotten about), More
