I am really disappointed on my last visit. I had my dashboard lights on while driving. With professional test, they found nothing and said it is all good. But still several dashboard lights ar I had my dashboard lights on while driving. With professional test, they found nothing and said it is all good. But still several dashboard lights are coming on while driving and it scares me so badly because it happened a few years ago and the car lost power while driving dangerously. At this dealer shop I had to let them replace the alternator, and now the lights came again as the same way as last time and the answer is it is all ok…if it is okay why the lights keep turning on. I want to drive my car safely and get help from someone professional… More

I have a 2021 Kona Knight edition and the driver door pops when you open it. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and was told that a rental would be available. I get there and my service representat pops when you open it. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and was told that a rental would be available. I get there and my service representative, Amy Gaskill, tells me that I won't be able to get a rental. Hyundai policy is that any warranty work that is done they will provide a rental. I was told that they would try and expedite the work but that was not the original promise. I refuse to waste any more time in their service department because they refuse to honor their word and Hyundai policy. Stay far away from their service department I hate a liar and that's exactly what they did to me. More
