It's taken three appointments to just have my car evaluated for a popping sound in my driver's door and a total of six hours wasted. What do they want me to do, go get the part to bring it in for service, and replace it myself? Stay far away from Hyundai Mall of Georgia's service department, to say that it is horrible is an understatement. More

I put off taking my car in for a couple of issues, as I assumed it would be a stressful, expensive, and lengthy visit. Boy did I have to eat crow!!! They went above and beyond with the repairs, kept me upd assumed it would be a stressful, expensive, and lengthy visit. Boy did I have to eat crow!!! They went above and beyond with the repairs, kept me updated all along the way, and then surprised me with an invoice lower than what I expected. The sale was as smooth as butter; however AFTER when I was to receive my “we owe you” the ball was dropped. I was supposed to have a part ordered to repair the driver seat which would not go forward allow was to receive my “we owe you” the ball was dropped. I was supposed to have a part ordered to repair the driver seat which would not go forward allowing me to reach the pedals comfortably while driving. Money and paperwork and signatures were exchanged, but 2 weeks later, when I called them to ask about the part…crickets! No return call. I called the next day and my salesman says he was JUST going to call me. 🤨 I told him I had already spoken with the parts department and that no part was ever even ordered under my name. Wow. Then he says to me I need to bring the vehicle back so the guy in service can look at the seat, even though it took hours to close the deal, meaning he really could have looked at it while I was there and ordered the part the same day. 😩 Anyway, when I brought it back, there was an ink pen under the seat preventing it from moving. 😳 which again, if they had only taken the time to LOOK, the process would have gone so much smoother.
