I am beyond satisfied with the customer service provided by Tommy Le at Mall of Georgia. Dealerships tend have a bad reputation when it comes to pricing and customer service. Tommy was communicative from our first interaction until he handed me my keys upon completion of the job. He made sure I understood every aspect of the job and was patient with my questions. My car now functions better than the day I purchased it and I couldn't be happier! More
Two and half hours for oil change and that's with an appointment. Also got home to find they did not replace the battery in the wiring harness that they had previously removed. I came to Buford showroom for Tuscan first service. I am told that oil change was done. But not even cared to reset the oil change indicator. Car was not cleaned at all. I brought my car in for a recall notice and asked for an engine check due to high oil consumption. The technician was kind but did not provide much remedy other than one option.
