My service representative (Aimee) kept me up to date on the service work my vehicle needed. I felt like she was my advocate to the warranty company. The engine in my 2017 Sante Fe was faulty and needed t the service work my vehicle needed. I felt like she was my advocate to the warranty company. The engine in my 2017 Sante Fe was faulty and needed to be replaced. She worked with the warranty company every step of the way to insure I was treated fairly. If you ever have to deal with Hyundai Mall of Gorgia service department, you should ask for Aimee. She is the best!!!! More

My 2015 genesis was starting to have issues. The right rear mirror wouldn’t fold nor open, it would click and click and click when folding or unfolding, would not move,just clicked at me. I Went to Hyundai mall of Georgia and told them about my problem . They said the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty had passed ( I only have 60,720 miles on my car ) and they looked into the problem. They Said the motor had problems and they had to replace the entire right rear view mirror. This is a fully powered mirror, it has turn signals , dims, blind spot , and puddle lights . Stated with installation it would cost me to repair and repaint the mirror to match my car …. ! $ 1,650 ! Yikes! …..So I mentioned that I bought an extended warranty with Hyundai when I bought the car in 2015 …. The service technician called the Hyundai service center and I was only going to be charged $ 50.00 for the service! It was covered with the extended service contract ! That saved me $ 1,600 and paid for this service! The service technician was very friendly as well as the drivers to take me home and pick me up when it was done…. Great job.. the facility has done a great job of remodeling the showroom. Their sign for Hyundai from the buford drive needs to be more visible! It’s too short and in the wrong position! People drive by without seeing the new building! Landscapers need to trim the trees, bushes etc to make Hyundai sign and building more visible! More
