They don’t honor their one year service warranty. This didn’t fix it and required me to pay the warranty deductible twice to get it fixed now as I bring it in less than a year later. When I brought this up with the service manager he said I had no proof (the proof was right there in their system). He told me he didn’t care if I bought a car elsewhere in the future and told me I was not logical. In fact he told me bottom line you owe the $100 before he even heard the story. He interrupted me constantly. I’ve never been treated like that before, let alone over $100. Disappointed in Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Was less about the frustration on a double deductible and more so how I was treated. More

I went in for a recall and knew I would be there 4 plus hours. When checking in the discovered a coupling update on the steering. I was informed the wait would be much longer.
