I realize they’re busy, but to do a simple recall onboard computer reset I don’t know why I had to schedule it months in advance and wait 2/3 of an entire work day for a procedure that takes less than an hou computer reset I don’t know why I had to schedule it months in advance and wait 2/3 of an entire work day for a procedure that takes less than an hour. The one gentleman (Hassan) who eventually dealt with me while was super nice and I did really appreciate him, but the rest of the crew seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else and completely ignored me while I awkwardly stood there waiting for someone to take my keys. Thank goodness he’s there… not sure what was going on with some of those other folks but they really seemed grumpy and unhappy about something. More

Service on the recall was terrible, 3 trips to fix them. First time my wife sat there 3 hours, No parts!!!, second time with a 1month wait for an appointment 1.5 hours 1 of the 2 parts!!! I highly recommend Mall of Georgia Hyundai Service Department. The customer service was outstanding. Louis took the time to explain what my car needed, and the reasons for it. Took 3 1/2 hours for oil change & tire rotation . RIDICULOUS !! When I called to schedule appt, call lady couldn’t tell me length of appt.
