Th wait was horrible. I had an appointment and still had a 3 hour wait. This was not communicated with me at any time. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. My service representative was awesome. However I went down there related to a recall issue. They did not have the part. I went ahead and had my oil changed. Still undergoing some renovations but a lot better than in the past. Waiting room very bright and roomy. Tried making online appointment but all was blacked out. Live 30 miles from the dealership so I have to take time off from work to get there. More
The door latch on our 2017 Elantra quick working and the driver door would not open when unlocked. We understood this to be a warranty issue. The dealership confirmed this and gave us no hassle about it. Th driver door would not open when unlocked. We understood this to be a warranty issue.
