Th wait was horrible. I had an appointment and still had a 3 hour wait. This was not communicated with me at any time. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Still undergoing some renovations but a lot better than in the past. Waiting room very bright and roomy. Tried making online appointment but all was blacked out. The door latch on our 2017 Elantra quick working and the driver door would not open when unlocked. We understood this to be a warranty issue.
