Overall it was a good experience. My only negative was the heavy metal music playing in the service area. While a few of the songs were okay, too many of them were cause for angst. Coupled with people watching TV in the service waiting area it was too much sensory overload. Please find some music that is more appropriate. It doesn't have to be elevator music...just something acceptable to all kinds of folks. Your service people were great. More
I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone at this dealership from sales to the service department. I came in because the car was not running correctly. I know it was something was wrong $192 later they said they put it on all the machines. It was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later or three weeks later it was worse, and an engine light came on And brought it in $1400 almost $1500 had to have a major tunup I contribute that to covid and dealerships not open and the person who saw me the first time did not do a thorough job of checking my car out because it needed a major tuneup. How could he have missed that so I’m out $192 in addition to almost $1500 for a tuneup I would’ve paid $1500 along the way but I didn’t need to spend $192 for him to tell me nothing is wrong with the car in addition to that I live in Buckhead, which is an hour away from the dealership, but I’m a loyal customer and I drove that distance twice so I think I should get my $192 back otherwise I wouldn’t take my car to Hyundai at Mall Of georgia. If I didn’t believe they were a good dealership this time they filled me. More
I came for the walk-in recall service. The service agent was very polite, warm, friendly, professional, and attentive to my need.
