I initially called with a tire issue on Monday, July 17, 2023. Spoke with a female who assured me she'd have someone call me back in 10 minutes or so. This young lady was fantastic with obtaining my information and getting me in the next day (7/19/2023) to resolve the issue. I explained to her how I couldn't get routine service / oil change scheduled for many weeks with their online application. Angela assured she'd have the oil change and recall service done at the same time as the tire. She also gave me her direct contact information to schedule future services. You are very fortunate to have a person like Angela working at Hyundai. More

Waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Also waited months to even get in . I needed a new tire a few months ago because of a blowout and I couldn’t even get my car in to get a new tire.
