After waiting 3 weeks for a part and another 3 weeks for an appointment I brought the car in to be repaired. I waited 2 hours while they installed the part only to be told they needed additional parts that an appointment I brought the car in to be repaired. I waited 2 hours while they installed the part only to be told they needed additional parts that needed to be ordered. I am now again waiting for the parts and then will have to wait for another appointment. I believe this was either misdiagnosed or not fully diagnosed. It shouldn't take over 3 months to get a vehicle repaired. More

There has been ongoing computer issues with my new car. Several have been safety issues. This dealership has done basically nothing but make excuses. If I could do it over, I would definitely not purchase a car here. I’ve had to use other dealership service department reps to help me. Do yourself a favor and buy a used car out- of- warranty, so you can have an independent shop, there’s a lot of them around, to maintain it. This dealership owes me service for this new car, but they don’t deliver. Beware!!! More
