NEVER use this dealer! They sold me a 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty and will not honor their commitment. I have 77,500 miles on my Equus. A parking sensor broke and they claim it is part of the trim package and not covered by warranty. I maintain it is part of the electronic and safety system and should be covered. They want $1200 to replace the sensor and the front bumper! How can you deal with any company that doesn't honor their warranty? Another issue was communication. I took the car in 4-5 months ago and they had to order the sensor. It came in and nobody contacted me. I had to call them months later only to learn the part had come in but nobody bothered to call me. More
Auto Nation purchased the dealership in Hardeeville where I’d bought my Santa Fe last year. The young man that was my service advisor was absolutely top-notch…I’m only sorry I’ve forgotten his name. Service was prompt, thorough, and my car was even washed afterwards! More
$75 to replace a tail light bulb and 2 weeks later it stopped working. With an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for the bulb, oil change and tire rotation. I brought my car in to service because I had a tire that was low in air. Brett looked at the tire and saw a nail. He sent it to get fixed I had dealt with Brett before and he is a very nice and competen was low in air. Brett looked at the tire and saw a nail.
