I went in on Fri there were no technicians working and told to come back on Tue. Because my engine light was on, and I couldn’t get the car to go over 62 mph so I went to Auto tech and they slipped me in told to come back on Tue. Because of supply chain issues many of the parts needed for the repair of my Tuscon were on back order. My service advisor Brett kept me informed about the status of the parts on a regular basis.
